    Job Description

    **Job Title:** HR Generalist **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management support. You will ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labor laws while leveraging HRMS tools and maintaining strong stakeholder communication. **Responsibilities:** - Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent. - Coordinate and manage employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. - Administer HR operations including maintenance of employee records and HRIS data integrity. - Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing and benefits administration. - Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace issues. - Support performance management processes by coordinating appraisals, goal setting, and development plans. - Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws. - Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to inform decision-making. - Partner with department heads and stakeholders to address HR needs and drive employee engagement. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-8 years of progressive HR experience as a generalist. - Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and HR operations. - Solid understanding of payroll coordination and benefits administration. - Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management support. - Familiarity with HR policies, compliance requirements, and UAE labor law. - Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). - Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD). - Previous experience working in Dubai or the UAE. - Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills. - Fluency in Arabic. - Experience managing local visa, benefits, and accommodation processes.
