About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Web Developer based in Dubai to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack. You will integrate AI/ML capabilities via Azure Foundry, interface with enterprise ERP systems (SAP or Salesforce), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires 5–10 years of experience and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
Integrate AI/ML models and data pipelines using Azure Foundry to enhance application intelligence
Implement and manage ERP integrations with SAP or Salesforce (SFDC) ensuring seamless data synchronization
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions
Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system bottlenecks
Document technical designs, processes, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Required Qualifications:
5–10 years of professional experience in web development
Deep expertise in the MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions using Azure Foundry or similar platforms
Proven experience with ERP integrations, specifically SAP or Salesforce (SFDC)
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and serverless computing
Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Professional certifications in Azure, SAP, or Salesforce
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO27001)
Experience mentoring teams and leading technical projects
Prior work experience in the Dubai or GCC region
