Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an HCM Consultant.
At least 3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Recruiting, Talent Management, HR Help Desk, Learning, Next GEN ).
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications (must have – not EBS or other applications).
Deep understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
