Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15 days

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an HCM Consultant.
• At least 3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Recruiting, Talent Management, HR Help Desk, Learning, Next GEN ).
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications (must have – not EBS or other applications).
• Deep understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
