About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Language Translator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for translating and localizing a variety of written and verbal content between Arabic and English, ensuring cultural nuance and technical accuracy. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality translations that resonate with regional audiences.
Responsibilities:
Translate and proofread documents, websites, software interfaces, and marketing materials between Arabic and English
Apply localization best practices to adapt content for Saudi and regional audiences
Use CAT tools to manage translation memories, glossaries, and terminology databases
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and cultural relevance in all translations
Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and project requirements
Perform quality checks and revise translations based on feedback
Required Qualifications:
2–7 years of professional translation experience
Fluency in Arabic and English, with proven translation proficiency
Strong expertise in localization methodologies and practices
Proficient in CAT tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to translation quality
Deep understanding of Saudi cultural norms and regional nuances
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
Certification from recognized translation organizations (e.g., ATA)
Experience translating technical, legal, or marketing content
Familiarity with terminology management and quality assurance tools
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment
