About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Veeva, SQL, Power BI, and Excel to deliver actionable insights and drive performance improvements across our sales operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and monitor KPIs, develop dynamic dashboards, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track sales performance and key metrics
• Manage and configure Veeva CRM data models to support sales force effectiveness initiatives
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
• Analyze sales KPIs and trends, generating insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver actionable analytics
• Perform ad hoc data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM administration and data management
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Experience building interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to define, track, and interpret sales KPIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Familiarity with CRM integration and data governance best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies
