Servicenow AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate ServiceNow AI Engineer based in Egypt to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will leverage Now Assist and ServiceNow AI capabilities to automate workflows, enhance user experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist solutions to automate ITSM, ITOM, and HR processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Develop custom AI/ML models and machine learning workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Integrate ServiceNow AI modules with third-party systems and data sources via REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing ServiceNow AI configurations and scripts
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides for deployed AI solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams on ServiceNow AI features and best practices
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and AI technology trends to recommend continuous improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow platform solutions
• Proven experience with ServiceNow AI and Now Assist configuration and customization
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly, Workflow), REST APIs, and IntegrationHub
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
• Certification or coursework in AI/ML, data science, or related disciplines
• Experience with NLP, machine learning frameworks, or data modeling
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and training delivery experience
