About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead and execute high-impact technical initiatives for our loyalty program, mobile applications, and marketing technology platforms in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of proven experience in IT project management, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering complex, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, QA engineers, and external vendors
- Manage end-to-end delivery of loyalty program enhancements, mobile app releases, and martech implementations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and communicate updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post‐implementation reviews
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying them to future initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of IT project management experience delivering technical solutions
- Proven expertise in loyalty program technology platforms and integrations
- Hands-on experience managing mobile application development and deployment
- Deep understanding of marketing technology (martech) stack implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT Management
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience working in the Dubai/UAE market and with local regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Adobe Campaign
- Background in retail, hospitality, or travel loyalty programs
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications
