SAP Senior SCM Consultant – EWM, MM & SD

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Senior SCM Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM, MM, and SD modules on S/4HANA for a major client in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring 10–12 years of end-to-end SAP SCM experience, strong technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate them into SAP EWM, MM, and SD configuration designs.
• Define solution architecture and blueprint documents aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM, MM, and SD modules in an S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with integration, ABAP, and BASIS teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts; drive defect resolution.
• Provide go-live support, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Train key users and prepare knowledge transfer documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 10–12 years of hands-on SAP SCM consulting experience with EWM, MM, and SD modules.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP EWM implementation experience on S/4HANA.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP MM and SD configuration in a S/4HANA landscape.
• Proven track record of full-cycle implementations using SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP EWM certification and SAP S/4HANA Logistics certification.
• Experience in the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Familiarity with SAP TM, GTS, or IBP modules.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) or experience.
• Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, OData, SOAP).
• Arabic language skills or experience working in GCC markets.
