Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives in Riyadh. This role will oversee project life cycles from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholders, and delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage implementation of ERP and CRM systems to meet business requirements
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality assurance processes
- Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of proven project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing ERP and CRM solutions
- Strong non-technical project management skills including stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market
- Familiarity with Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA
- Fluency in Arabic
