OT Cybersecurity Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned OT Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Dammam. In this role, you will lead cybersecurity assessments, design and implement secure solutions for industrial control systems—including DeltaV DCS and SIS—conduct loop checks, FAT, and SAT, and provide expert troubleshooting support to ensure the resilience and compliance of our operational technology environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments and audits for DeltaV DCS, SIS, and related control systems
• Design and implement security architectures and mitigation strategies for industrial control systems
• Perform loop checks, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate system integrity and security
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and technical documentation
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and incident response support in OT environments
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance personnel
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82) and local regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 5–7 years of professional experience in OT cybersecurity consulting
• Hands-on expertise in DeltaV DCS configuration, security hardening, and management
• In-depth knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) security
• Proven experience performing loop checks, FAT, and SAT for industrial control systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills in operational technology environments
• Familiarity with OT network segmentation, firewalls, and secure remote access
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or CRISC
• Experience with additional DCS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens)
• Proficiency with cybersecurity assessment tools (vulnerability scanners, network analyzers)
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco cybersecurity guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Arabic language proficiency
• Exposure to project management methodologies
