Network Admintration – Senior Network Engineering Lead

About the Role:

As the Senior Network Engineering Lead based in Jedda, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced network solutions. You will lead a team of network engineers to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of our infrastructure, leveraging Cisco ISE, F5 LTM, WAF, firewall configurations, and wireless technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers to deliver high-quality network services
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure solutions
• Manage and configure Cisco ISE for identity and access control across the network
• Implement and maintain firewall policies and configurations to secure network boundaries
• Configure and administer F5 LTM load balancers and WAF solutions to ensure application availability and security
• Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot wireless LAN solutions based on industry standards
• Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network initiatives with business objectives
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
• Proven expertise with Cisco ISE deployment and management
• Strong background in designing and managing network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPN)
• Experience configuring and maintaining firewall solutions (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto)
• Hands-on experience with F5 LTM load balancers and associated configurations
• Practical knowledge of WAF technologies and tuning for security and performance
• Experience deploying and supporting wireless technologies (802.11ac/ax, WLAN controllers)
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN architectures, and network security best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, F5 Certified Administrator, CWNA
• Experience with network automation and scripting tools (Python, Ansible)
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian telecom regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in large-scale network migrations or upgrades
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
