Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our enterprise master data, drive continuous improvements in data governance, and support procurement and P2P operations using Coupa and other MDM tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and cleanse master data across multiple domains ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Configure, administer, and support the Coupa procurement platform and P2P processes
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and implement corrective actions
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and operational performance
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and user training on MDM and Coupa functionalities

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management and related disciplines
• Proven expertise with MDM tools and methodologies
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Coupa procurement and P2P systems
• Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle and P2P processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and resolve data integrity issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a regional or global MDM implementation
• Familiarity with operations processes and supply chain workflows
• Coupa or MDM certification
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
