Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to specifications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO)
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in the financial or government sectors
• Fluency in Arabic or French
