Creative Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will bring 10-12 years of professional experience, a strong design portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to develop compelling visual communications across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts and execute visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and meet project objectives
• Translate briefs into creative deliverables, refining concepts based on feedback
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive application across all media
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of professional experience as a graphic designer in agency or in-house environments
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface and prototyping workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with web design technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a design team
• Arabic language proficiency
