About the Role:
We are seeking a Consulting Manager to lead strategy and digital transformation engagements for our clients in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive impactful consulting solutions, and foster strong client relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects across strategy, digital, and domain-specific initiatives
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps, digital transformation plans, and technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, executive briefings, and value-driven insights
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants to build high-performing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance) to integrate consulting deliverables into client organizations
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting pitch activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 8–10 years of consulting experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management or team lead role
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, digital transformation, and technical consulting methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, frameworks, and digital technologies (data analytics, cloud, AI)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements in Abu Dhabi or the GCC region
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA from a recognized institution
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or relevant digital credentials
- Prior experience in sector-specific consulting domains (energy, government, financial services)
- Familiarity with emerging technologies including IoT, blockchain, and machine learning
- Arabic language proficiency
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
