Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge Edge and Agentic AI solutions in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive on-device AI innovations leveraging NPU optimization and Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Edge and Agentic AI offerings
- Partner with engineering, research, and hardware teams to translate market needs into technical requirements
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, validation, launch, and iteration
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with Qualcomm Snapdragon and NPU optimization teams to ensure performant on-device AI
- Work closely with UX, marketing, and sales to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning
- Gather and analyze user feedback and product metrics to prioritize enhancements
- Present product updates and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years of product management experience in AI/ML or adjacent technology domains
- Proven expertise in Edge AI and Agentic AI product development
- Hands-on experience with NPU optimization and on-device AI acceleration
- Deep knowledge of Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms and SDKs
- Proficiency with Core ML and other on-device machine learning frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to launch AI products to market successfully
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in AI, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates or MENA region
- Familiarity with additional on-device ML frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite or ONNX Runtime
- Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams
- Prior partnerships with semiconductor vendors or hardware OEMs
