About the Role:
As a Staff Trainee Intern, you will support daily operations and learn by collaborating with experienced staff. This role offers hands-on administrative exposure and the opportunity to contribute to team projects while developing essential professional skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and materials
Support project teams by conducting basic research and compiling reports
Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates
Coordinate schedules and communications among team members
Participate in training sessions and shadow staff to learn processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute ideas and solutions
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications:
0-1 years of professional or academic experience, including internships or part-time roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills (non-technical)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (technical)
Demonstrated teamwork in academic or volunteer settings (non-technical)
Excellent problem-solving abilities (non-technical) with attention to detail
Effective time management and organizational skills (non-technical)
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework in business administration, management, or related field
Prior internship or volunteer experience in a corporate or non-profit setting
Familiarity with basic project management tools
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to support ad-hoc projects
