Digital PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager based in Riyadh to lead and deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DevSecOps, proven non-technical project management expertise, and 7–10 years of experience driving complex digital programs to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate DevSecOps engineering teams to design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7–10 years of proven experience managing digital transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools, processes, and security best practices
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks for large-scale digital programs
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Experience working in government, healthcare, or large enterprise environments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to data privacy and cybersecurity
• Advanced certifications in DevSecOps or cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Certified DevSecOps Professional)
