About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Java Developer to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will leverage your 5-10 years of hands-on Java development experience to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using best practices
Collaborate with architects, QA, and product teams to define technical specifications
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Document technical designs and system configurations
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of professional Java development experience
Strong expertise in Java SE and Java EE frameworks
Proficiency with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services
Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI
Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
